Job Description

- Creates energization and electrical performance methods and procedures
- Professional support for energization
- Professional support for quality assurance and commissioning efforts at project sites
- Walk the jobsite and provide observations to the Field Operations teams where there are deviations from the project drawings
- Collaborate with product manufacturers, distributors, repair, and testing companies
- Interface with owners and construction managers to cover technical questions and remediate issues
- Identify and produce business case design enhancement studies
- You’re highly organized, great at prioritization, and have a strong attention to detail
- You’re a great communicator, a team player, and ready to work with colleagues across our jobsites and organization
- You have a customer-focused mentality
- Required: You have earned your Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and have a minimum of 3 years of professional services experience working in electrical engineering
- Required: You have experience in the design, construction, and installation of building electrical systems
- Required: You have experience in quality control, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
- Required: You have experience with NFPA, NEC, NFPA 70E and other applicable codes and standards
- Bonus points if you have project experience in the healthcare, industrial, or commercial sector
- Bonus points if you have experience in commissioning management software, such as BIM360, CxAlloy, Latista, or Procore

Position: QA/CX Commissioning Engineer
Reports to: QA/CX Commissioning Manager
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Pay Range: $85,000 - $110,000We consider several factors when preparing a compensation package for successful candidates. We also offer financial support for mid- and senior-level candidates who require relocation assistance.
Superior is looking for a QA/CX Commissioning Engineer to join our Engineering team. They will be responsible for producing all aspects of engineering commissioning and quality assurance deliverables. The position will work across multiple jobsites in Columbus, Ohio.
