  Our General Stream Graduate program welcomes individuals from diverse educational backgrounds, each bringing a unique set of skills and knowledge to our organisation. As a General stream Graduate, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in various business areas, including Operations, Network Planning, Sales, Strategy, Commercial, Revenue Management, and many more.

  Your responsibilities could range from developing our Climate Action Plan and spearheading sustainable initiatives for the future, to st rategising and executing exciting new routes for our expanding network. This exposure will not only broaden your experience but also enable you to establish a robust professional network, paving the way for accelerated success as a future leader at Qantas.

  To be eligible to apply to our 2024/25 cohort, you must –

  • Be in your final year of study or have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last 2 years .
  • Maintained a credit average or above
  • Be able to commence full time employment with Qantas in August 2024 or February 2025
  • Be a Permanent Resident , Australian/NZ citizen or who have the right to work full time without restriction at the point of application
