      Business Summary

      Deltek Professional Services' mission is to deliver solutions that help our customers connect and automate the project lifecycle that fuels their business. Our group is responsible for assisting our global clients as they become new members of Deltek’s Project Nation by applying professional services proven methodology in areas such as systems design, configuration, testing, training and solution documentation.       Position Responsibilities

      Responsibilities

      • Design & Develop integration and automation solutions based on technical specifications.

      • Support in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT

      • Being aware of CI-CD, engineering best practices, and SDLC process

      • Should have an excellent understanding of all existing integration and automation.

      • Be a Subject Matter Expert with the ability to discover and demonstrate how integration solutions can effectively help companies with their business automation needs across a broad set of industries

      • Should deliver the project work based on stipulated project timelines

      • Ability to communicate technically complex ideas to a non-technical audience.

      • Should maintain quality and adhere to SLA, process & security policies

      • Collaborate with internal teams during triage and resolution of integration and automation issues

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or engineering.

      • At least 2+ years' experience in QA and software testing

      • Experience in testing web and desktop applications

      • Experience in using QA tools and techniques, bug tracking tools, test case design and execution

      • Working knowledge of the Agile software development life cycle

      • Knowledge of SQL queries is a plus

      • Basic knowledge of any programming languages and database is a plus

      • Strong thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills

      • Good in written and verbal communication.

      • Technical background or good understanding of technology and industry trends
