Position Summary:
Necco has an opportunity for a career as Qualified Mental Health Specialist. This role will add value to the company by targeting the treatment needs of individuals, developing attainable goals, and providing the supports necessary to achieve those goals.

Service Delivery
Utilize assessment tools and social history to identify the unique needs of the individual
Plan, Lead and Execute daily treatment groups
Utilize Trauma Informed Care approach and techniques in service delivery
Data Entry
Ensure all documentation is accurate and timely when entered into the electronic health record
Navigate the electronic health record to gather information needed to best serve individuals
Program Support
Assist individuals with skill development and activities based on level of functioning
Collaborate with various program leaders to ensure continuity of care
Productivity
Develop group activities in accordance with the treatment needs identified in the Individual Service Plan.
Ensure compliance of certification and program requirements through ongoing training and development
Corporate Citizen

Position Qualifications
Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s preferred
1-2 years experience working with youth who have developmental or cognitive delays
Must complete Autism Certification within first six months of employment
Valid driver’s license
100/300/100 Auto Insurance Coverage
Training and Travel willingness
Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
Must possess the skills to navigate and execute software programs (i.e Microsoft Office, Database, Electronic Health Record, Dashboard)Qualifications
