      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide service coordination, social skills, case management, and emergency services to individuals in need
      - Develop individual recovery plans based on assessment findings
      - Participate in interdisciplinary team staffing and provide relevant information for treatment
      - Document all clinical services and follow-up with individuals as needed
      - Facilitate inpatient admission upon request and evaluate progress of clinical sessions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in human services with 1 to 3 years of experience in MH/MR or related field, or Master's degree with 0 to 2 years of experience in human services
      - Conduct job responsibilities in accordance with ethical standards, professional standards, and applicable laws
      - Analytical skills, professional acumen, and excellent communication skills
      - Competencies as outlined by HHSC for TRR requirements with emphasis on START, Seeking Safety

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in mental health or related field
      - Bilingual proficiency
