  RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.
  RBVH has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at e-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

  Job Description

  Overall responsible for Quality Assurance in SO/TCR-VH:

  • Release quality related documents of local SO/TCR-VH to QMS of Bosch Service Solution (SO)
  • Facilitate effective process / tools implementation / delivered quality
  • Release the quality related data/reports to SO/QMM and delivery service teams
  • Perform/coordinate/facilitate the quality activities across SO/TCR-VH

  QMM operation focus:

  • Maintain SO/TCR-VH MSR databases, repository folders, Process Databases
  • Release “QMM MSR”, “Newsletter”, “QMS Release”, “Metrics baselines”, etc
  • Perform/Prepare data for analysis at SO/TCR-VH level and lower if required.
  • Coordinate the external audits/appraisals, training/seminar/workshop, internal
  • Evaluate the waivers or Alternate Practices, Learning audits, CARs

  Improvement journey:

  • Support/Perform the Customer Complaint analysis, Client Feedback Handling tool tracking
  • Support the baseline metrics at SO/TCR-VH level and lower if required
  • Support the Client Satisfaction Survey
  • Support/Perform the process improvement / process harmonization with Clients (where applicable)
  • Support/Perform CIP activities across SO/TCR-VH

  Delivery Service focus:

  • Quality Analyst for different services of SO/TCR-VH
  • Perform Process Audits for services as per schedule

  Qualifications

  Job requirements :

  • University degree or Engineering degree in IT Computer science
  • > = 5 years of experience
  • Office experience and Reporting skill: MS Excel, Word, PPT, VBA
  • Good Communication skills in English Language
  • Data collection and analysis
  • Customer service orientation
  • Planning and organizing skill
  • Internal Auditor, Quality Auditor skill
  • Teamwork, Able to work with different stakeholders and get their commitment
  • Patience, Working under pressure, Conflict management
  • Experience on ISO 9001:2015, QMM, Project Management is an advantage
