- Automotive experience in PVT / Quality / VRT / Warranty CRC preferred
- Must work in North America Timezone
- Extensive knowledge of Quality Systems (GSAR/BSAQ/ECB/QARS) is required.
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skills, and able to formulate thoughts effectively for upper management projects and presentations.
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications (Intermediate/Advanced user of Excel and Access)
- Experience of vehicle systems related to Powertrain, Electrical, Body and Chassis.
- Broad usage of statistical tools and methods for experimental data analysis including failure analysis, six sigma, correlation methods and fitting distributions - Preferred
- Ability to train and mentor others
- Ability to adjust approach with respect to regional cultural differences.
Qualifications
Degree / Diploma (Engineering, Preferred Automobile)Responsibilities
Conduct the QNPS Customer verbatim analysis for key vehicle lines to support Global Platform Quality team.
Ensure correct binning of verbatims to respective VFG/CCC
Analytic tools for Functional Quality team and larger customer base
Support QNPS Business Owner to create reports, conduct UAT based on requirement.About the company
