      Job Summary

      The QRS Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting operational performance and maintaining administrative consistency for third-party clients across the QRS network of repair facilities. This role is essential to ensuring estimate accuracy, auditing repair orders for compliance, maintaining system integrity, adhering to both regulatory standards and customer expectations, and requires the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

      Essential Functions:

      • Prepare accurate and timely repair estimates in accordance with customer expectations and company standards, ensuring consistency in labor times, parts pricing, and complaint-cause-correction documentation.
      • Review completed repair orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to final invoicing.
      • Utilize third-party fleet maintenance platforms, such as Auto Integrate, for timely data entry, invoice submissions, and resolution of system discrepancies.
      • Maintain accurate and current records of technician training, certifications, and continuing education to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.
      • Monitor and manage shop-level compliance records, including CT renewals, inspection documentation, and other regulatory filings as required.
      • Administer Comchek and COD (Cash on Delivery) collections, ensuring appropriate tracking, documentation, and reporting of payments across locations.
      • Generate and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports to leadership regarding audit findings, compliance status, and operational performance indicators.

      Position Type/Expected Hours of Work : This is a full-time position, and days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
