Job Description

- Provide our guests with the information necessary to make a dining or drinking choice by performing a menu tour
- Serve the guests’ selections in a manner that is consistent with Mountain Creek‘s policies and procedures
- Perform quick and accurate credit transactions for food purchases by our guests
- Be knowledgeable about the techniques used to prepare our food and drink products
- Be knowledgeable about the products and the services Mountain Creek provides
- Serve to our guests our food products following all sanitary and safety procedures
- Consistently set up, maintain and break down workstations
- Stock and maintain adequate inventory in designated workstation
- Perform other tasks as assigned by your Blazer/Guide
- Preform end of shift cleaning to standards as directed by management
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Professional, mature and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 16 years of age or older

Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge.
How the QSR Attendant works with the Team:
Assist guests with menu selections. Maintain all aspects of meal preparation, food handling, and service. May perform credit transactions to finalize the sale of all food purchases.
