- Bachelor's degree in social work or human services related field
- A minimum of three years' experience working with children with an intellectual disability or other developmental disabilities
- At least one year of prior experience in a supervisory role
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work
- Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Certification required or eligible to become CMA certified within three (3) months of hire
- Certified in MANDT, UKERU, CPR, and First Aid or eligible to become certified within three (3) months of hire
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and meet the driving requirements of the Agency

Position Overview: QIDP
As a QIDP, you’ll be part of our Inpatient Team, delivering direct care services that are:
This role provides clinical and operational leadership within the ICFID program, overseeing the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans and behavioral strategies. This position ensures regulatory compliance, fidelity to clinical standards, and the integration of trauma-informed care through supervision, training, and direct consultation. The Lead QIDP collaborates across multidisciplinary teams to guide treatment interventions, manage documentation, and support complex youth needs. Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and a commitment to person-centered care are essential.
