- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to infants' developmental milestones.
- Provide a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for infants to explore and learn.
- Foster strong relationships with infants and their families through regular communication.
- Monitor and document infants' progress and milestones, sharing updates with parents.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
- Maintain compliance with all state licensing regulations and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based activities.
- Must possess a valid Infant/Toddler CDA or equivalent certification.
- Prior experience working with infants in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with parents and families.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Must pass background checks as required by state licensing.
- Positive, nurturing demeanor and a genuine love for children.
