What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule and reschedule interviews with respondents recruited through online panels
- Conduct brief rescreening interviews with consumers and patients
- Send confirmation emails and make confirmation calls to all respondents
- Act quickly to follow up with late respondents and provide necessary materials
- Set up and send links for virtual platforms for interviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using Zoom or other virtual platforms
- High level of responsiveness and ability to adapt to changing schedules
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in market research or qualitative research studies
- Familiarity with recruiting and scheduling respondents for interviews
