      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support data collection, validation, and analysis using standard practices
      - Apply qualitative techniques and methods
      - Communicate project support needs to senior management and clientele
      - Maintain and ensure data accuracy for assigned projects
      - Organize content for focus groups

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, Sociology, Political Science, Psychology, or related fields
      - Familiarity with qualitative research methods and data analysis
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
      - Proficiency within a Microsoft Windows environment
      - Fluency in English, additional languages a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Nvivo, Atlas TI, or other qualitative software package
      - Experience in international development or related field
