      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect, compile, validate, interpret, and analyze qualitative data
      - Conduct literature reviews and write project proposals
      - Code and analyze qualitative data using NVivo software
      - Develop interview and focus group protocols
      - Participate in business development activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience or Master’s degree in relevant fields
      - Familiarity with qualitative research methods and data analysis
      - Experience working or researching in other countries
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment
      - Fluency in languages such as Spanish, French, Arabic, or Portuguese is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with NVivo, Atlas TI, or other qualitative software packages
