      Job Title: Quality Analyst


      Job Description

      The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality in accordance with industry regulations and company policies. This role ensures compliance with GMP, SQF, HACCP, FDA, and State regulations through auditing, verification of Certificates of Analysis (COAs), microbiological testing, and adherence to food safety protocols. The analyst will conduct case audits, mock recalls, self-inspections, and collaborate with operations, sanitation, and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and uphold a culture of excellence.

      Responsibilities

      • Ensure compliance with GMP, SQF, HACCP, FDA, and State regulations.
      • Conduct audits and verify Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
      • Perform microbiological testing and adhere to food safety protocols.
      • Conduct case audits, mock recalls, and self-inspections.
      • Collaborate with operations, sanitation, and maintenance teams.
      • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and uphold a culture of excellence.

      Work Environment

      There are 3 openings available, one for each shift: 1st shift (6am-2:30pm), 2nd shift (2pm-11pm), and 3rd shift (10pm-7am). The schedule is Monday-Friday with potential for overtime and weekend work when necessary, especially during audits or food safety emergencies. This role offers opportunities for training and development, with a focus on promoting from within. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available once hired on permanently.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $68000.00 - $81000.00/yr.

      This is a direct hire From Furlani Foods. Company benefits would be provided by the client on request from the client.

      This is a fully onsite position in Oak Creek,WI.
