      Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking an Quality Analyst Sr for our Reserve Health Readiness Program III (RHRP-3).

      • Reserve Health Readiness Program – 3 (RHRP-3) provides health readiness support services, such as mental health assessments and post-deployment health reassessments, to the military Reserve Components nationwide and Active Duty Components in remote areas. They deliver services by group events and in-clinic individual appointments and by providing call center support.

      Job Summary:

      The Quality Analyst Sr. will assist the Quality Assurance Lead with the quality assurance activities across the entire program lifecycle. This includes establishing and monitoring the performance/quality measurements to ensure requirement satisfaction for performance measure.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Document quality issues and performance measures for management review
      • Analyze data and observations and write result summaries to validate deviations from existing standards
      • Recommend modifications to existing standards, methods, or procedures
      • Interact with field personnel, supervisors and subcontractors,
      • Review, analyze, and implement processes and report trends to promote customer satisfaction
      • Conduct internal quality assurance audits
      • Compile strategic information and develop reports to monitor quality effectiveness
      • Ensure compliance and understanding of quality requirements
      • Manage special projects and make recommendations as appropriate
      • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

      Competencies :

      • Excellent computer and presentation skills
      • Strong business development, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Demonstrated data gathering and reporting skills
      • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
      • Lean Six Sigma - preferred greenbelt or higher

      Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)

      • Experience working as a Quality Analyst at QTC, with the VA, or a similar agency preferred
      • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined
        education
      • 4 to 7 years of relevant professional experience
      • Experience in performing Quality Reviews in a healthcare environment
      • Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation

      Salary Range: $75,000 - $110,000
