      Responsibilities

      This position is responsible for coordinating the development, implementation, evaluation, and management of education and training programs. Supports staff development through continuing education and training programs for implementation and sustainment of system initiatives driven by Quality, Patient Safety, and Finance. Works closely with the Quality & Safety team on complex projects in alignment with the organization’s strategic initiatives and goals.

      • Creates professional education resources and instructional design directed to health care team
      • Provides leadership for the assessment of learning resources and training needs of quality and patient safety practices.
      • Manages education and training programs to support organization’s strategic plan and goals.

      Qualifications

      Required Qualifications:

      • Minimum two years of experience in program coordination, education development, project management or similar role.

      • Bachelor’s degree in education, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field or six years related experience.

      • Experience working in educational or training management systems, ideally in healthcare or medical setting.

      • Experience with virtual meeting platforms and coordination of online events.

      • Experience working in education support services.

      • High attention to detail with high level of accuracy

      • Strong communication skills

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience in Behavior Health, Substance Use Treatment or Ambulatory Care.
      • Master’s in education, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field.
      • Certification in quality preferred.
      • Knowledge and experience of training effectiveness theory

      Salary new (max and min)

      USD $64,406.00 - USD $93,852.00 /Yr.
