      We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Analyst (QAA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, and skilled at working with internal customers (Hardware, Software, Product teams) for product testing and providing technical support. As a QAA, you will champion the quality of our features in our development pipeline using automated and manual tests, report and verify defects, and sign off on features and release candidates.

      Responsibilities

      1. Work with hardware and software teams to create test plans and test cases.
      2. Run test cases on devices, such as executing use case scenario-based testing.
      3. Write, read, run, and enhance test scripts in collaboration with Software teams.
      4. Execute test cases in the field, interpret and report testing results, and advocate for quality at every development phase.
      5. Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution.
      6. Support projects including setup, verification of system components, troubleshooting during setup and live sessions, and documenting best practices.
      7. Provide technical support to the field operation or trials team.
      8. Apply knowledge of wireless and networking technologies, mobile devices, and QA practices to ensure connected devices meet requirements.
      9. Gain knowledge of features and detailed functional requirements to execute assigned tests.
      10. Work indoors/outdoor 3-5 days per week in the field, traveling within 50 miles (not a remote role).
      11. Lift up to 25 lbs when needed.
      12. May need to shift working hours depending on project needs.

      Basic Qualifications

      1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
      2. 2+ years of software QA testing experience, including test plans, use cases, and issue reports.
      3. Experience testing in a Consumer Electronics lab or field environment.
      4. Experience working on consumer hardware/software products.

      Preferred Qualifications

      1. Excellent troubleshooting skills.
      2. Experience with setting up, testing, and troubleshooting prototype devices.
      3. Experience deploying and testing software updates, identifying issues, and escalating to development.
      4. Experience in user trials, beta testing, or customer feedback collection.
      5. Familiarity with Jenkins, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, networking, and testing iOS/Android devices.
      6. Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
