- Monitor and audit programs and processes in accordance with agency, funder, accrediting, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist administrative and program departments with funding and government regulations, contract requirements, agency policies, and standards.
- Coordinate and prepare programs for funder and accrediting body monitoring evaluation and audits, participating in both internal and external quality audits.
- Conduct routine internal audits and reviews to ensure ongoing and effective compliance.
- Collaborate with agency leadership to improve internal controls and compliance, providing written and verbal reports on compliance status.
- Maintain knowledge of program, funder, and accrediting standards to ensure compliance.
- Provide technical and administrative support for the Quality Assurance Department.
- Conduct program audits and case file reviews of Case Management and Energy Assistance systems to monitor data quality and accuracy.
- Work with program managers and supervisors to implement corrective action plans supporting data quality.
- Assist with orientation and in-service training to staff on the use of the Case Management system.
- Monitor and review data collection processes to ensure quality data, documenting that processes and data entry meet agency standards.
- Prepare and develop reports and analysis of data.
- Provide administrative support related to multiple agency data systems.
- Coordinate the annual agency risk assessment and support management in identifying and addressing risks.
- Assist the Director with formulating, implementing, and monitoring corrective actions to ensure program improvement.
- Develop and revise program and agency policies and procedures, creating new ones as needed.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Detailed-oriented with the ability to ensure all data is up-to-date.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable using different software and interpreting data.
- Experience in case management, compliance management, program auditing, and child services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Access, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with diverse groups.
- Internet research skills and ability to learn funder-specific software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Public Policy, or related field preferred.
- Three years of experience in a public or non-profit social services or public health agency in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, case management, or health/social services information management.
- Valid driver's license required; some use of personal vehicle needed.

Work Environment
The position is based in an office setting, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, totaling 35 hours a week. The team currently consists of 6 members. The role requires the use of Excel and internal software. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.52 - $27.00/hr.
