What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and execute test plans for proprietary software applications
- Create and execute automated tests using the Selenium framework
- Assist in all phases of software testing including regression and performance testing
- Document, track, and update bugs during the testing cycle
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce errors and resolve issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in application software design and testing required
- Practical knowledge of relational database theory; experience with SQL Server is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with effective communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages, preferably C#
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and testing best practices
