What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Measure data quality and report on performance metrics
- Manage data quality documentation and maintain standards
- Identify incorrect data and document issues
- Perform root cause analysis on data issues
- Contribute to agile story refinement and estimation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in a QA Analyst role
- Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases
- Proficiency in Python or Java
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and Web Applications
- Experience with cloud-based analytic platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with the FHIR standard for health care data exchange
- Data analysis experience using Python or R
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
