Job Description

- Use the electronic document management system (DMS) to lead change control processes to completion for specifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch production records (BPRs), formulas, labels, deviations (DEVu2019s), and corrective actions (CAPAu2019s)
- Assist with write, edit, review, and implement controlled documents (specifications, SOPs, formulas, and BPRs) within DMS
- Assist with controlling, preparing, routing, formatting, distributing, auditing and maintaining SOPs
- Provide training to other departments and peers to ensure compliance with good documentation practices and using the DMS
- Develop and maintain historical, GMP, and other files of regulated documents for completeness
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong written, mathu00A0and oral communication skills with a proficiency in the English language
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience using enterprise resource planning programs and document management systems preferred

We are looking for a quality-focused, detailed and process-minded individual to join our quality team as a quality assurance analyst. In this position, you will help facilitate product development and oversee the quality document control. In addition, you will help monitor and facilitate R&D product development change orders and assure we are upholding USANAu2019s quality standards for new and existing products.Our ideal candidate is excited to learn new things and continue to learn things in the future and will be able to work well with all members of their team.
