      We are currently seeking a (Remote) Quality Assurance & Compliance; Analyst III This position is open to anyone within the United States.

      WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW


      The Quality Assurance & Compliance, Analyst III reports to the Vice President, Training Services’ Quality Assurance & Compliance. The Analyst effectively and independently investigates, analyzes, reports on, and resolves or escalates QA cases assigned to them and related to the delivery, marketing, sale, use and reporting of Red Cross courses, course materials, classes and Class Posting Service (“CPS”), as applicable, by Authorized Providers (“AP”), Licensed Training Providers (“LTP”), Strategic Partners (“SP”), Full Service Customers (“FS Customers”), Red Cross course instructors who are either volunteers of, or directly employed by, the Red Cross, instructors of an AP or LTP and instructor-trainers (such instructors being each an “Instructor” or collectively “Instructors”). The Analyst is responsible for investigating, documenting and resolving or escalating cases from the date of case assignment to the date of case closure. In addition, the Analyst supports and works collaboratively with the development, sales, support and delivery of Red Cross training products and services offered, or contemplated to be offered, by and administered through Training Services’ Products, Sales, Service Delivery (“SD”) and Training Service Center (“TSC”) departments, as applicable. In addition, the Analyst provides proactive resources and information to internal and external stakeholders with respect to Training Services’ policies, procedures and guidelines to promote the proper and effective delivery of Training Services’ courses and classes and proper use of Red Cross intellectual property pursuant to applicable Red Cross written agreements, guidelines, policies, instructor manuals, intellectual property rights and code of conduct (each and collectively, “Requirements”). The Analyst participates in developing business process improvement strategies and analyzing and reporting QA metrics related to QA cases and case outcomes.

      To achieve QA objectives and Training Services’ desired business outcomes, the Analyst works collaboratively with Training Services’ Products, SD, Sales and TSC business units.

      Identifies, analyzes, investigates, resolves and/or escalates assigned cases to resolve them in a fair, equitable and expeditious manner

      · Collects and analyzes information and data from multiple sources to conduct thorough and fair investigations of assigned cases

      · Prepares written reports regarding the status and resolution of their assigned cases, which reports are accurate, relevant, complete and written in a clear and concise manner

      · Recommends corrective action(s) to be taken (subject to approval of the Executive Director) for violations of applicable Red Cross Requirements

      · Promotes and enhances the quality of the delivery of Training Services’ courses and class instruction in compliance with the Requirements

      · Coaches internal and external stakeholders in Red Cross course training courses, with guidance and support

      · Provides relevant coaching, support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders having an interest in the outcomes of the Consultant’s determinations regarding compliance with the Requirements

      · Performs assigned responsibilities in compliance with applicable laws and Red Cross’s policies and, code of ethics and conduct

      · Works collaboratively with Training Services’ Products, Sales, Information Technology, SD and TSC and Red Cross’s Risk Management business units to support the development, documentation and execution of applicable courses, programs, directives, policies and compliance with the Requirements

      · Communicates clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to collect statements, course records and information from Instructors, LTPs, APs, SPs and students involved with Red Cross classes pertaining to compliance with the Requirements in order to maintain the quality and integrity of Red Cross’s training programs, course materials and courses, proactively preventing/mitigating risks of loss or adverse consequences to Red Cross’s brand and intellectual property rights to the extent caused by any noncompliance with the Requirements;

      · Participates in QA program development, deployment and maintenance of new initiatives, as the Executive Director may designate

      · Investigates and analyzes data and information collected to evaluate compliance with the Requirements

      · Audits, monitors and evaluates Instructors’ performance to determine whether they are conducting classes in compliance with the Requirements; and

      · Timely completes such other duties, as the Executive Director may assign.

      •Standard Schedule: Monday- Friday Standard business hours.

      The salary range for this position is $68,472. -$91,296. Note that the American Red Cross sets salary ranges aligned to a specific geographic location in which the work is performed. The stated salary range in this posting is an average. The specific salary information will be shared at the time of phone screening based upon your location and qualifications.

      This job will be posted for a minimum of five business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded.

      WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

      Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

      · Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.

      · Demonstrated knowledge of Red Cross course training courses, instructor manuals, and instructor and instructor-trainer programs, and associated processes and materials

      · Previous experience as an Instructor, Instructor-trainer or educator

      · Management Experience: N/A

      · Skills & Abilities: Excellent organizational skills.

      · Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively, analyze problems, recommend appropriate solutions, and assimilate information quickly.

      · Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills to deal with all levels of staff and external clients.

      · Strong ability to effectively and promptly handle multiple priorities and analyze and communicate viable solutions to cases presented

      · Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Microsoft Office applications, with limited guidance

      · Ability to work on a team.

      · Travel: May require travel.

The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The work environment will consist of moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones and printers, light traffic). The employee must have the ability to work in a small cubicle and have the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
