      Position Summary
      For CNS Cares, LLC (“CNS”), this position is responsible for quality activities of CNS and for the monitoring, implementation,
      and evaluation of specified processes and activities to meet regulatory compliance and standards of practice. Additionally, this role
      is responsible for utilizing data analytics to help inform compliance activities.


      Essential Functions
      Employee must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to work with others at all levels of the Company and have
      exceptional customer service. Other assigned duties include but are not limited to:

      • Manages and implements the quality management and quality improvement program.
      • In coordination with the Chief Compliance Officer and other Senior Leadership, helps to oversee quality assurance and compliance functions.
      • Supports the overall compliance program and helps identify compliance strategies, as needed.
      • Evaluates the effectiveness and outcomes of patient care.
      • Assists with risk assessments and annual audit plan development and implementation.
      • Educates staff about home health statutes and administrative rules/regulations.
      • Conducts investigations and reviews all reports of incidents and occurrences to ensure that they are fully documented and properly handled in the timeframe and manner specified by CNS policy.
      • Attends QAPI, Compliance Committee and other meetings as assigned.
      • Participates in other health, civic, education and professional groups as directed.
      • Facilitates the ongoing development, implementation, and revision of clinical systems to ensure compliance.
      • Create compliance reports, as needed, and provides requested data, reports, and analytics to CNS Leadership.
      • Maintains an understanding and working knowledge of current nursing and other clinical systems, functions, and relationships to align with affected work processes.
      • Coordinates with appropriate Clinical Leadership/Managers to incorporate their knowledge of clinical practice as it relates to operational impact and clinical workflows.
      • Participates in all state home health agency surveys.
      • Conducts internal audits and monitoring and performs in home visits with a purpose to observe and evaluate as requested.
      • Coordinates with operations and the quality assurance team on QA reviews.
      • Coordinates with the Training Specialist on needed trainings and communications.
      • Trains new employees on the compliance and quality Program.
      • Participation in policy creation and evaluation.
      • Travel to offices as needed.
      • Other duties as assigned.


      SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
      This position has direct supervisory responsibilities.


      Education/Training

      Required

      • BA or BS in appropriate related discipline (Healthcare, Project Management, Business Administration, etc.)
      • Demonstrated experience in healthcare compliance and/or quality control practices
      • Knowledge of safety requirements and legal standards

      Preferred:

      • QA & Compliance experience within home healthcare strongly preferred
      • QA & Compliance Management experience strongly preferred

      Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business practices, policies and procedures, professional journals,
      technical guidelines, and governmental regulations. Must be able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure
      manuals. Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, patients, customers,
      and the public. Must be able to provide guidance and direction accurately and clearly to Company staff and employees.
