- Facilitate interaction between Compliance, Quality Assurance and clients to ensure all employees complete Reg Z and Reg E training and audit cases to ensure they were handled in a timely manner.
- Document employee performance in relation to established policies and procedures within the QA and Coaching platforms and report trends to leadership.
- Provide reporting and recommend process improvement solutions and assist with communication to the departments.
- Detect and investigate general areas of vulnerability and inefficiency to recommend procedures, controls, and tools to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
- Assist in the production and timely distribution of reports on compliance and quality of service and customer impact to leadership.
- Coordinate calibration sessions with third party groups to review trend analysis and assist with closing the gaps on problems identified.
- Provide information needed for projects during implementation of new business requirements.
- Participate in new hire presentations to train on the QA system.
- Educate Mangers/Supervisors/Reps on how to use QA platform and/or troubleshoot questions about platform.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School education or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Associates Degree preferred.
- Two (2) years' experience within supported business unit operational teams (Fraud Detection, Collections, Disputes, Fraud Management, Risk Analytics) required.

- Thorough knowledge of CallPro, Falcon Fraud, FDR, First Track, Case Pro, STAR Network, ActOne strongly preferred
- Thorough knowledge of card industry standard methodologies, Regulation Z, E, and Visa and MasterCard chargeback regulations preferred
- Ability to communicate well in both written and oral formats with individuals or groups and facilitate discussions as needed
- Proficiency in MS Windows software; Word and Excel spreadsheet applications
- Demonstrate the following competencies: Interpersonal skills, customer sensitivity, fact finding ability, and experience with problem solving
- Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills required
- Exercise discretion and good judgment, make decisions, analyze details and adjust to change
- Prioritize tasks, handle confidential data, work in a fast-paced, production-based environment and meet critical deadlines
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision
- Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds

The Quality Assurance & Compliance Specialists provide support to the Risk Business Unit to ensure that the overall compliance and quality of services provided meet and exceed customer and client expectations.
This role is responsible for the evaluation of the products and services, measured through adherence to established policy and procedure standards as well as provide individualized employee feedback. Compliance audits are conducted to ensure third party vendor guidelines, all Regional Networks and Card Brands are compliant within detailed guidelines and adhere to all applicable Federal Regulations (Reg E and Reg Z, etc.).

PSCU is committed to pay equity and a competitive benefits package. The hiring amount for this position based on relevant experience and internal equity; the pay range is:
$34,700.00to
$52,100.00*Note: The amount shown is based on full time annual salary and would be prorated based on role.
In addition this position is eligible for an incentive plan, based on performance.
