What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to the Quality Assurance (QA) team
- Assist with project management and generate reports
- Maintain accurate data using spreadsheets and follow up on QA issues
- Organize meeting agendas, take minutes, and manage shared team folders
- Prioritize and execute tasks assigned by the QA team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, business, or a related healthcare field, or already possess a degree
- Must be located in the Eastern Standard Time Zone
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and SharePoint

New York Psychotherapy and Counseling Center (“NYPCC”) was founded in 1974 as a non-profit community oriented mental health clinic licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health. We are now comprised of seven program locations, using evidence-based practices and cutting edge rehabilitation techniques to provide out-patient mental health services to the community, including Seriously and Persistently Mentally ill adults and Seriously Emotionally Disturbed children and adolescents in Brooklyn and Queens.
