      Monday - Friday

      What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):

      • High School Graduate or equivalent required
      • Associates degree or equivalent preferred
      • Two (2) years in an inpatient or outpatient medical/office setting with MS Office Suite experience, preferred

      How you will make a difference (job overview):

      The Quality Assurance Assistant provides administrative support for the Director of Quality Assurance. Work is performed under general supervision but functions independently. Assure various computerized reports are prepared regularly. Processes, duplicates, distributes and maintains a computer file for all memos, letters, reports, etc. Attend meetings/takes meeting notes. Updates all required postings on dorms; obtain nursing signatures and files incidents/reconciles incidents monthly. Updates policies and procedures with oversight.

      Division/Program Overview:

      • A comprehensive mental health in patient residential facility for adolescents
      • Serving up to 60 adolescents (ranging from ages 12-17) statewide
      • Intensive residential services dedicated to serving clients with serious mental health problems with the highest dignity and quality of services since 1988
      • Programs: Psychiatric Health Facility, Community Treatment Facility and Non-Public High School – 24/7 locked facility
      • Multidisciplinary Mental Health Services, Therapeutic Behavioral Health Services, and Intensive Day Treatment Program
