What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor compliance with daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly requirements related to various programs
- Create and enter Incident Reports, maintaining accurate records and facilitating communication
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop and communicate policies and procedures
- Present compliance data and reports to State Operations Residential Services leadership
- Maintain and update tracking systems for various compliance requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid Level One fingerprint clearance card
- Knowledge of federal and state laws governing residential programs for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to gather, organize, and analyze data effectively
- Experience in policy and procedure development
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience utilizing various computer programs, including Google and database systems
