- Proofread content for spelling, style and grammar as well as fact check for accuracy
- Update existing articles to include most relevant and up-to-date information
- Ensure content is compliant and follows regulation
- Partner closely with content creators and strategists, marketers and communicators across the company
- Leverage materials from other lines of business within J.P. Morgan to provide clients with relevant and timely content
- Effectively manage multiple strategic content projects
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 plus years of experience editing for digital content, communications or social media
- Detail-oriented and meticulous, proficient in AP Style
- Highly organized and collaborative team player who is eager to learn, contribute and make an impact
- Experience in investments, trading, retirement planning, and/or wealth management is a plus
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally
- Strong initiative, energy and confidence
- Genuine interest in the world of financial markets and personal finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
We’re a highly motivated team that operates like a news organization, creating articles, newsletters and email templates. The Content and Communications team oversees all Media Relations, Social Media, Internal and Executive Communications, Digital Content Creation and select Client Event Content for our business.
As the Content Copyeditor and Proofreader Analyst you will manage the article updating, proofreading and fact checking work for our Content Studio. In addition you will ensure that all published content is factual, accurate and polished according to the Content Studio’s established high standards.
