      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and evaluate customer calls and transactions using quality assurance models
      - Apply quality standards consistently for all Customer Care representatives
      - Analyze results, identify areas of improvement, and make recommendations to management
      - Support the assessment and reporting of Quality Assurance results
      - Participate in the creation of quality assurance policies, procedures, and metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Related university degree preferably in Business with a minimum of 2-3 years customer care experience or a combination of related certification and a minimum of 5 years directly related experience
      - Strong analytical skills
      - In-depth knowledge and experience with SAP CIS
      - Proven customer service experience
      - Excellent communication and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a highly regulated industry
      - Knowledge of Ontario energy market (gas/electricity) and customer policies/rules/requirements
