Job Description
- Req#: 52534
- Creating a new method to track and organize mating parts in the QA lab.
- Working with the QA techs to determine parts needed to complete inspections and organize the parts to improve efficiency of inspections.
- Assisting in historical data collection for parts inspected daily in Accessories. Using this data to provide solutions on how to improve the inspection process.
- Improved understanding of statistical process control
- Increased knowledge of SAP
- Learn the requirements of QA, and how to improve the process to help production.

The focus of the QA Accessories internship is to learn more about quality assurance, how QA interacts with production and how to improve daily tasks completed by the inspectors.

Academic Year: Sophomore or above
Area of Study: Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
Preferred GPA: 3.0 or higher
Software Knowledge: MS Office, Solidworks
Internship Information:
Work Hours: 7:30AM-4:00PM M-F
Department: Quality Assurance Accessories
Compensation: $20/hour
