  Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

  The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the development and maintenance of quality assurance protocols, ensuring the highest standards of quality are met across all products and services within a strategic pro ject
  with the Department of Veterans Affairs that impacts over millions of veteran users . This role involves leading a team of QA professionals , collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving processes to enhance the overall customer experience.

  Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive QA policies and procedures.

  • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, including planning, implementation, and monitoring.

  • Lead and mentor the QA team to ensure high performance and professional development.

  • Collaborate with product development, engineering, and operations teams to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify
    areas for improvement and ensure compliance with standards.

  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and drive corrective actions.

  Qualifications

  • 10 Years of Experience in a similar role.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering , Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant degree (bachelor's degree can be substituted with 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted).

  • Experience in creating and implementing detailed plans to ensure overall quality of all IT products, systems, and services.

  • Experience in resolving all project or program release problems, triage, escalate, and take corrective action .

  • Experience in assuring the viability, functionality, and effectiveness of essential tools.

  WORK AUTHORIZATION

  This role requires you to live within the United States.
