We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Operations Manager to lead a mixed team of quality assurance full time staff, contractors, and engineers across the globe. If you are passionate about quality and have a strong background in software test automation, this is an exciting opportunity to join our team.

      Key Qualifications

      • 3+ years of experience working in software test automation as an Engineer, Lead or Manager.
      • 3+ years of experience as a QA manager preferred, demonstrating leadership and team management skills.
      • Experience in high-level programming languages such as Java, Python, Swift, Node, etc.
      • Strong background in designing and architecting automation solutions.
      • Proven experience and success with large-scale web-based testing.
      • Experience in determining the highest value areas to test.
      • Multiple methodologies for measuring success.
      • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
      • Experience managing offsite and onsite teams a plus.
      • Partnering with internal teams for efficient execution.
      • Experience managing a mixed team and engaging with contractors.

      Description

      In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products. Your responsibilities will include: - Quality center of excellence for large-scale, web-based and mobile applications. - Leading a global team of 20+ QA team members; including engagement with contractors; and rotational team members - Identifying priorities and highest value areas for automated testing. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain an automated testing suite. - Owning and managing the manual testing processes and leveraging automated testing to ensure comprehensive coverage. - Designing and architecting automation solutions to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. - Ensuring high quality and low defect rates on Staging and Production environments. - Establishing clear methods to measure and analyze quality testing impact and reporting on metrics.
