What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Retrieve information from records, emails, and other documents, preparing written summaries as needed
- Assist in submitting reports and forms to government agencies
- Support Lab/Sales/Operations teams with data entry, retrieval, and analysis tasks
- Conduct quality checks on slides and collaborate with lab teams to resolve identified issues
- Respond to customer inquiries related to insurance filings and troubleshoot complex issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma; Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Medical Technology, or related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- At least 1 year of lab experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and processes
- 1 year of data entry experience
