What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Optimize quality assurance program for Member Services team members
- Build strong partnerships with various departments within the employer
- Remain current on plan knowledge, policies, and procedures
- Report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department
- Complete required training within established timeframes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field of study preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a contact center environment
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to utilize technology to assess team member performance
- Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in quality assurance, management, or leadership role in a contact center environment
- Knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management industry helpful
