What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct periodic audits of service delivery settings, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Observe the implementation of Individual Services Plans (ISP) and assess the condition of homes and vehicles for safety
- Participate in monthly Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) meetings, guiding data analysis and developing Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs)
- Assist in investigations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation as assigned
- Support various projects, audits, and training initiatives as directed by the Quality Assurance Director
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service Field
- Five or more years of experience with the population served
- Experience in record audits, data analysis, and report writing
- Ability to multi-task and travel as needed
- Proficiency in CPR and physical capabilities to perform required tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in quality assurance or performance improvement in similar settings
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to health services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Previous experience in training or staff development roles
