Salary: £33,000 - £40,000 base depending on experience, plus full benefits listed below.

About the role:As the Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be the quality generalist who has a broad awareness of quality process and the systems required to continuously deliver the brewery KPI’s and improvement activities.
Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you’ll be focused on developing a robust site Quality System infrastructure and its evolution in line with the site development (product to process control).
You will be the site Microbiology and C&D Subject Matter Expert and will act as an advisor to the Operations Team, Technologists and Laboratory teams; you’ll have the experience to prevent food safety and quality issues by validating and verifying the effectiveness of the quality assurance and control mechanisms.
A large part of the role is about managing and working to our quality system accreditations and leading audits such as ISO to ensure we are meeting our strict requirements.
Who we’re looking for:
The position will require planning experience, either from a commercial or a supply chain planning background, along with a broad understanding of the S&OP process.
If you like have a keen eye for detail, like a challenge and to work collaboratively across different departments and teams then this may be the role for you! We’re looking for a credible leader who is confident in influencing and can comfortably assume the role of key super-user role for the Lab Information Management System, on top of this, the ideal candidate may also have:
