      Req#: QUALI001452

Craving more significance in your QA role?

Do you get pumped about root cause analysis and deviation reports? Love SOPs so much that you even write them outside of work? That’s probably why you thrive in an FDA-regulated environment, where your spot-on CAPA execution and GMP game shine. With all that, it’s a safe bet that you’re proficient in quality management systems (QMS). Yes? Then we need to talk.

      The Position: Quality Assurance Specialist

Given your A+ skills and drive, we hope you’re looking for a team dynamic like ours that allows you to play an essential role in upholding quality standards in support of compounding pharmacies. That’s because you have a proven ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices and stick to procedures while staying mindful of time management and prioritization.

Plus, you’re happy working autonomously or collaborating with your team. This has helped you build good relationships with colleagues in other functional areas, and you’re able to stand up for QA while treating others with dignity and respect. You pride yourself on spotting issues before they come up and having conversations to sort things out.

Those strong communication skills also come through in your excellent technical writing abilities. You don’t hesitate to ask “why?” or “what if?” And that critical thinking during internal audits enables you to proactively dig deeper to find issues. As an unbiased fact finder, your emotional intelligence allows you to practice blameless problem solving and keep an even keel, handling any back and forth with polished professionalism.

You’re naturally responsible, which explains your extensive knowledge of GMP and CFR. You stay on top of your workload because you take satisfaction in getting things done. Coworkers appreciate that you share your ideas and are competent in your decision making.

Your ability to focus helps you thrive in a fast-paced environment. That’s why you prefer a team like ours that’s conscientious, friendly and doesn’t get caught up in negativity or celebrity gossip — more CSI, less TMZ. And there’s always room to grow, which is why we’re all lifelong learners who embrace training and development opportunities individually and as a team.

For work-life balance, you’ll have some flexibility with hours since this is a 100% onsite role. And you’ll find our team managers engage on a human level, taking a genuine interest in what you bring professionally and personally. We believe that transparency and open communication builds trust, which minimizes stress all around. While our work requires a lot of focus and accuracy, we love how the friendly company culture yields a comfort level you don’t find elsewhere.

      The Company You Keep

The security and satisfaction just might leave you with more energy to enjoy your personal life. Excited?! So are we — can’t wait to talk to you!
