What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead daily tasks associated with the company’s copay assistance programs
- Monitor associate calls and provide feedback to program managers on strengths and coaching opportunities
- Review associate case records to ensure program metrics are met
- Prepare call center reports and track service trends
- Assist with user acceptance testing of program platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of call center experience
- Experience in a patient support or pharmacy-related setting
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and working knowledge of internal CRM and workflows
- Effective communication skills, both written and interpersonal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with quality assurance processes in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with call center metrics and performance evaluation methods
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance issues
