- Act as the primary Quality Inspector across Assembly, Production, Shipping, and Receiving
- Perform inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished products
- Accurately record and maintain inspection data and documentation
- Review and close work orders and Device History Records (DHRs)
- Initiate and document non-conforming product processes (NCs), collaborating with Operations to ensure effective and timely corrective actions
- Support Quality Engineers with complaint handling, including investigations, root cause analysis, data collection, and resolution
- Assist in managing recalls and field corrections, ensuring timelines and documentation requirements are met
- Maintain document control within the Quality Management System
- Support the Director of Quality on projects and day-to-day compliance activities
- Have strong administrative and documentation skills
- Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and company policies
- Deliver accurate, high-quality work with minimal rework
- Demonstrate responsiveness and a service-minded approach to customer needs
- Balance multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Communicate clearly and respectfully, both written and verbal
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Bring a problem-solving mindset and collaborate effectively to find solutions
- Associate's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance
- Experience in the medical device industry or another highly regulated environment (strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with root cause analysis and problem-solving methods
- Strong math and writing skills
