  What You'll Do

  As the Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll play a key role in maintaining and supporting the quality of our products and processes across operations. You will:

  • Act as the primary Quality Inspector across Assembly, Production, Shipping, and Receiving
  • Perform inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished products
  • Accurately record and maintain inspection data and documentation
  • Review and close work orders and Device History Records (DHRs)
  • Initiate and document non-conforming product processes (NCs), collaborating with Operations to ensure effective and timely corrective actions
  • Support Quality Engineers with complaint handling, including investigations, root cause analysis, data collection, and resolution
  • Assist in managing recalls and field corrections, ensuring timelines and documentation requirements are met
  • Maintain document control within the Quality Management System
  • Support the Director of Quality on projects and day-to-day compliance activities

  Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
  • 2-5 years of experience in Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance
  • Experience in the medical device industry or another highly regulated environment (strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with root cause analysis and problem-solving methods
  • Strong math and writing skills
