      Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :

      $81,005 - $109,595

      Technical expertise needed:
      Support a national sales and lending team on complex loan files. You’ll serve as an expert mentor to team and operations employees, and provide training and team onboarding.

      What you’ll do:

      • Oversee operations to ensure consistent execution of procedures
      • Input and verify complex customer financial source documentation
      • Transfer knowledge to team members through informal coaching and answering questions
      • Work closely with partners to gather required information to process requests
      • Communicate effectively with operations field staff with a high degree of knowledge

      What you’ll need:

      • An undergraduate degree in agriculture, business and/or finance, and 3 to 5 years of related experience
      • A drive to help others achieve their goals
      • In-depth understanding of complex customer financial information
