Executing and monitoring our internal hold and release procedure
Maintaining QA oversight of inventory within our ERP system
Reviewing various production documentation for completeness and accuracy while adhering to Good Documentation Practice
Monitoring internal task logging software and making changes, as required
Initiating and completing planned deviations, non-conformity reports and corrective action plans when necessary
Collaborate with Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing and Product Development departments to ensure compliance with Health Canada regulations and guidelines
Creating and/or revising standard operating procedures when required
Other responsibilities, as assigned
College or University degree in a relevant scientific field is preferred
Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Working knowledge of Good Documentation Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices and Cannabis Regulations an asset
Experience reviewing and revising regulated documents
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in a fast-paced working environment where time management, organization and problem solving are key skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs
Experience with ERP systems (Sage or SAP) considered an asset
