What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure industry standards of quality are met and exceeded
- Provide education and support to operations staff on processes and workflows
- Facilitate SOP administrative functions and training
- Identify process improvement opportunities and develop new processes
- Contribute to the development of training materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of four years of experience in clinical research or research
- Strong working knowledge of CFR 21, GCP, and ICH Guidelines
- CCRC or CCRP certification preferred
- Oncology background preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in industry, monitoring, or QA
- Familiarity with clinical research protocols
