      Must Have
      One candidate to have 2-4 years of relevant experience
      Technical degree
      Experience with Linux/Python

      • 2-4 YEARS in one position
      • Open to fewer years of experience for the other position

      Degrees/Certs:
      Any technical degree even at an associate’s level, would be sufficient

      Coding Language:

      Linux /Python would be very beneficial

      Task breakdown:
      Not a structured day-to-day
      Very project-based
      One day can be tearing down a fixture, can be bringing up a fixture, just dependent on needs of the day-to-day.
      Looking for someone to come in and help with fixture building, executing some tests, and also host test clean-up
      As they progress in the role, they will be taking on more difficult tasks

      Job Description:
      We are seeking a talented and highly motivated HW Test Technician .
      The ideal candidate has great communication skills, can remove roadblocks, detail detail-oriented, and has a knack for solving problems. HWTT regularly works with HW Developers, Product Managers, and other Quality Engineers to ensure the proper operation of the production environment. During the development cycle, HWTT identifies use cases, create test cases, execute tests, and reports results.


      QUALIFICATIONS
      • Associate degree or equivalent experience, 2-4 years of Industry experience in software and electro-mechanical testing.
      • Two years of experience as a Hardware Technician
      • Electro-Mechanical aptitude
      • Familiarity with tools and measurement devices
      • Solid computer skills
      • Strong communication skills
      Key job responsibilities
      • Perform maintenance and repair of test equipment and test fixtures
      • Set up and execute tests and experiments
      • Help create test cases and test plans, modifying existing test documentation as needed
      • Collect and deliver data; write and/or contribute to test reports
      • Perform verification testing of system components
      • Provide test feedback to teams to improve quality performance through all phases of data collection
      • Work in collaboration with internal teams to identify and troubleshoot technical issues
      • Work with design and test engineers, assisting with prototype builds
      • Troubleshoot technical or process issues
      • Act with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information
      • Experience in Functional and environmental Testing

      Quality Assurance Tech from the Hardware Test Engineering Team's main focal point by supporting Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Automation teams.
      On a daily basis, you will focus on test plan execution, test fixture assembly support, data analysis, maintaining current test floors, an,d more importantly, being the driving force within the department to keep everything running smoothly.
