      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with day-to-day coding and billing tasks, reviewing documentation and charge entry
      - Monitor coding and billing compliance, addressing areas of greatest need
      - Evaluate charge capture and coding workflows for maximum efficiencies
      - Provide answers to coding-related questions from clinical staff
      - Assist with education in-services for physicians and clinical staff on documentation and coding guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associates degree or higher
      - Minimum of 3 years of coding experience, preferably in a physician office
      - Certification as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or Certified Coding Specialist Physician-Based (CCS-P), or Certified Coding Associate (CCA) required
      - Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial claims filing
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

      - FQHC experience
      - Epic experience
