Develop and maintain the AIM/IMAP Quality Control Program, establishing quality control goals for the program.

Develop and manage the AIM/IMAP Safety Program, in coordination with Afognak Native Corporation’s Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Program.

Fully comprehend the contract’s requirements, be knowledgeable of industry standards and requirements of codes/regulations for associated AIM/IMAP field work to be conducted.

Direct on-site QC reviews of technical teams’ performances at overseas posts through planning/scheduling/managing management assessments and work verifications by AIM/IMAP personnel.

Establish corrective action plans to resolve identified quality issues as they arise.

Review all cited discrepancies found during on-site assessments that are included in associated reports, track discrepancies through reports/logs, determine discrepancy dispositions through coordination with AIM/IMAP Senior Service managers and Field Service Supervisors, and verify cited issues have been corrected prior to closure.

Develop and present agenda for annual training/instructional quality control meetings with AIM/IMAP technical personnel and chair quality control meetings.

Record and report on feedback from customer satisfaction surveys into an automated database.

Schedule and lead meetings with AIM/IMAP customers and its technical personnel to document adherence to quality control standards, reporting findings to COR and AIM/IMAP management personnel.

Submit monthly quality control updates identifying significant issues or items accomplished for the month and goals for the next month as part of the monthly AIM/IMAP Performance Report.

Review trip Service Reports submitted by AIM/IMAP technical teams and QC inspectors.

Coordinate and schedule on-site inspections of completed Post/technical team trips by QC inspectors, coordinating with AIM/IMAP Project and Travel Coordinators.

Review quality control management assessment and work verification reports.

Attend staff, safety, COR/ACOR/ORSC, and QC/QA meetings.

Interface with the COR/ACOR/ORSC personnel and AIM/IMAP field staff personnel.

Attend company meetings, training seminars, and functions as requested.

Develop and maintain AIM/IMAP adherence with ISO-9001 Quality Management System in coordination with Alutiiq’s Quality Management System and ISO 9001 responsibilities.

Develop and maintain quality control inspection checklist, questionnaire, and site inspection report templates.

Must be able to obtain/maintain a Top Secret Clearance

Must be familiar with the requirements outlined by NFPA 70E, OSHA, and other safety regulations

Must be proficient in using a computer to send email, as well as use Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)

Bachelor’s degree building related field such as architecture or engineering construction management, facilities management, etc. with three (3) years specialized experience, OR
-
Experience in facility management or facility engineering with three (3) years specialized experience performing quality control for maintenance, repair or construction work
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Quality Control Manager manages, plans, coordinates and heads the AIM/IMAP quality control program designed to ensure continuous production/service consistent with established standards. Oversees the establishment and analysis of statistical data and specifications to determine compliance with present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability improvements .
