      Job Title: Construction Quality Control Manager/SSHO

      Job Description

      We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee various construction projects at military installations within the Maryland and DC areas. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations, reviewing the scope of work, and ensuring the quality standards of the project are upheld. The successful candidate will also be responsible for discussing project progress in meetings.

      Responsibilities

      • Manage and oversee the daily operations of construction projects.
      • Review and uphold quality standards of the project.
      • Conduct regular meetings to discuss project progress.
      • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

      Essential Skills

      • Quality control expertise.
      • OSHA 30 certification.
      • ARMY CORP QCM certification.
      • Experience with USACE and NIH Bethesda projects.
      • Familiarity with EM-385 safety standards.
      • U.S. citizenship is required.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Previous federal construction experience is essential.

      Work Environment

      The work will be performed fully on-site at various military installations within Maryland and DC. The position is a result of a joint venture on several MACC programs procured by NAVFAC.       Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $50.48 - $58.00/hr.
