- Responsible for meeting/exceeding customer quality metrics to ensure customer preferred supplier status.
- Conducts customer quality reviews with customers and internal BDSI organization.
- Conducts Corrective Actions Board (CAB) with customers.
- Drives root cause corrective actions (RCCA) with customers, suppliers and internal BDSI organization.
- Ensures RCCA meet customer requirements and response time.
- Lead all on customer scorecards metrics to achieve a 100% rating.
- Works to address non-conforming events
- Leads all purge activities and ensure containment is within 48 hours globally.
- Works with customer on RMA product and submits documents for MRB approval.
- Writes quality plans, sampling plans, and inspections plans for customer products.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering or related field of study
- 2-4 years of related work experience
- Equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience
- MS Office skills
- Six Sigma certification
- Certifications in ASQ-CQE-CQA
- Knowledge of FAA regulations

Job Description/Position Overview:
This position requires to work onsite 100%. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at above mentioned location.
Export Control:
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Position Summary:
Researches contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements for applicability to specific proposals and program processes and documentation. Develops sections of quality metrics, design and production certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements. Analyzes capability assessments to support supplier selection activities. Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs. Performs data analysis to ensure manufacturing and test readiness. Provides material review dispositions for non-conformances. Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions. Compiles, performance reports and other statistical data to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved. Works under general supervision.
Responsible for product excellence and implementation of quality assurance programs to provide defect free products to all customers.

Travel:
This position may require traveling up to 25% of the time.
