Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this Position
General Dynamics Mission Systems has an immediate opening for a Quality Engineer. This position provides an opportunity to further advance the cutting-edge technology that supports some of our nation’s core defense/intelligence services and systems. General Dynamics Mission Systems employees work closely with esteemed customers to develop solutions that allow them to carry out high-stakes national security missions.

GDMS has an immediate opening for a Quality Engineer to join our Mission Assurance Team responsible for overseeing the production and test of high-assurance, mission-critical electronics hardware.
The selected candidate will be a key quality assurance representative for our mission critical programs. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of quality assurance while working with our Integrated Product Teams to collaborate and manage the ongoing production build and test activities for a diverse range of complex circuit card assemblies and mission computers.
