      Position Information

      • This is an on-site position in Pontiac, IL.
      • Domestic relocation is available for this position.
      • Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position.

      Role Definition

      Provides detailed data tools to allow for quick decisions by the operational team. This role will facilitate the development of digital business metrics and information.

      What you will do

      • Develop database integration tools to allow for the automated retrieval and display of business data.
      • Manage the business Snowflake database to ensure timely data replication and dashboard display.
      • Become SME in database integration for Pontiac Facility and lead effort to upgrade all business tools used in the facility.

      What you will have

      Database Integration Practices: Knowledge of database integration and organization using industry tools.

      • Ability to organize data and create tables in Snowflake environment using tools such as Python and RS SQL.
      • Experience with managing and organizing large elements of data with efficient replication practices.
      • Flexibility to find alternate solutions and question the current processes to improve data availability.

      Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

      • Evaluates and makes contributions to best practices.
      • Processes large quantities of detailed information with high levels of accuracy.
      • Productively balances speed and accuracy.
      • Implements a variety of cross-checking approaches and mechanisms.
      • Demonstrates expertise in quality assurance tools, techniques, and standards.
      • Employs techniques for motivating employees to meet or exceed accuracy goals.
